They comprise of such mothers who are mostly out of touch from classrooms and books for many years. So, to adapt to such new class room set up can be a lot difficult for them.

It has been found that a student network starts to build on gradually with like-minded people taking part in same class. This might often result them in taking moves, such as, exchanging of information concerning emerging job avenues, bonding among them, tips and suggestions, steal moments from their otherwise hectic life and expect better pay packets with this additional degree that they have acquired.
