Are You Prepared To Answer The 3 Most Commonly Asked Job Interview Questions?

Here are 3 most frequently asked questions encountered during job interviews

. Take a little bit of time analyzing about these scenarios and learn the best ways to deal with them.

What are the important things we need to know about you?

This is perhaps one of the major questions that is being asked during interviews. What will you answer if they asked you, "Tell me something about yourself"? Honestly. this question has no specific answer, you can say anything you like here. The interviewer is just trying to measure your intellect and natural responses here. Don't describe the city you were born or what you usually do on your free time, it will just bore them. The interviewer is determining if you are qualified for the job or not. If they ask you this, tis will be your opportunity to tell them your achievement or how your previous job experiences can contribute to this job.

Why should we choose you?

Yes... this one is among the typical interview questions as well! So you have to realize the importance of short, deliberate and relevant answers here. It's now a challenge for you to prove (in theory, though) why you are eligible for this job. It makes sense telling the potential employer your past working experiences that are related to this particular job. For example, you could say, "In my previous job, I was doing (tell them the specific duties or responsibilities you had), and I believe this experience gives me an upper hand for excelling at this post or position." This will hopefully help your interviewer easily picture the potential in you.

What are your strengths?

This is one of the toughest question and could easily get to the top rank among the most asked interview questions. The best way to answer this would be to tell the interviewer about 2 to 3 things you like doing and are really good at. Just a reminder, you need to tell them only the strengths that are related to the job. In fact, this will put you in a better place in answering the question. For example, you can tell them how you can handle work pressure and emergencies in your previous work and so on!

Since there is not pressure yet, take the time to think the answers to these questions now and you'll be one of the better prepared job applicant in their list.
