, tips, and advice on how to choose the perfect guru for your real estate investing training. You want a coach who can focus on your improvements. You want someone who can always be there when you need help. You want him to supply everything you will need, from pen and paper to books and articles. You want this and you want that. You set your own standards when choosing for the right real estate coach. For once, have it ever crossed your mind if you really are qualified to have a training?

So according to you, you need a real estate investing training. Your reason of course is because you wan to learn faster so you can start investing in properties immediately. Aside from that reason, you cant think of anything else to say. The truth is, a real estate coach also sets standards for investors who want to learn from them. Of course they will not tell this to you or put this in an ad like Expert real estate coach looking for rich, hardworking investor. That is just so lame. What you need to think about, investor, do you really have what it takes to become a tenured coachs apprentice?

First things first, do you know what youre up to? Why do you want to start investing in properties? What motivates you? These things are not your coachs concern anymore. This decision to join in this venture is yours to begin with. You just have to make sure that your mind is all set.

Time. Can you find time to read the books and articles your coach will give you? Or are you too busy tending your garden or watching dvds all the time? You can actually talk with your coach about the schedule of your session daily. Both of you can agree on times and days of the real estate investing. However, you have to work double time. You want to learn fast right? So you really need to provide extra time reading articles and watching videos at home. Spoon feeding is not advisable. Your trainer knows that it can harm you.

Money. Real estate investing training is not for free. A real estate coach makes money by sharing his knowledge for a fee. If you are willing to spend some extra cash to cut the learning curve in half, then hire a guru. Most importantly, you hire a mentor because you know clearly that you really need guidance. You are new to this venture and you dont want to commit any drastic mistakes.
