3) Convenience- We all understand the convenience of a drive-thru. The ability to get what you want in comfort and the least amount of effort is a real pull. The internet reeks of convenience! Streamline your sites and the customer will be happier to do repeat business with you.
4) Communication- communicating in marketing has taken a turn. No longer do you push products or services. If you are doing it right, he customer will come to you. They will seek you out and demand that you sell them the products they want. Be ready for them and the rest of the battle is won.
