We all remember the 80s - what a decade! Many of us grew up with big hair styles and awful fashion sense. But is the 80s music scene making a comeback. It seems it is. Many artists are taking influences from 80s music an reproducing it now. Calvin Harris is a perfect example with 'acceptable in the 80s'. An entire new audience has become aware of the 80s sound.

There are even 80s tours that are selling out Arenas in the UK featuring many of the big 80s stars such as Kim Wilde and Boy George. For some reason the 80s is in the hearts of the British people. Perhaps that generation are not inspired by the musicians of today.

One band who are taking advantage of the are the Wild Boys 80s band. They are busier than ever as one of the most popular and successful 80's tribute bands. Not only do they perform the hits of Wham and Duran Duran fully live they wear the gear too! Out come the wigs to complete the 80s experience.

Tribute bands are having a resurgance and the 80s is a very popular choice. Many people who are holding events or private parties are booking 80s bands to perform. There's something about the music that appeals to all audiences and all ages. Not all of the music from the eighties was as credible as we would like but it certainly gets people on the dance floor and gets people having a good time.
