. Many NROTC midshipmen enroll in this immediately after completing high school graduation. These are either scholarships or college courses. The Navy men that have sent applications for a Navy ROTC scholarship in their senior year are called scholarship midshipmen. A written test and an interview are essential for the application process. The midshipmen are generally paid for their tuition, book stipend and education fees. The three types are mentioned below.

They sign up without any scholarship first; complete all the requirements and activities associated with scholarship midshipmen. After that, they carry on for four years as second Lieutenants or Ensigns. The Navy then gives the students a scholarship in a case where their academic performance is good during the entire program. Officer individuals are those students who are enrolled in the Navy and are pursuing commission from Seaman to Admiral. They keep their pay as enlisted.


MECEP is another study course in which the recruited Marines engage in ROTC through the Marine Enlisted Commissioning. Some students take the ROTC courses if they want to pursue the option of military. Careers in physical sciences, engineering and nursing can be pursued by students with extra benefits. The NROTC scholarship would provide the appropriate aid for right candidates. If the students want a bright successful future, the Navy ROTC scholarships are very helpful.
