Article Marketing Success is easy if you have use an article writing framework.
This article will give you an overview of the framework I use to achieve Article Marketing Success. By following a system I can streamline my article writing that will bring me targeted traffic and allow me to rank well in the search engines.
I won't lie to you, Article Marketing Success does take consistent effort and there are no shortcuts. To get results you will need to put in the effort.
When I write I use the following article writing framework:
Step 1: Keyword Research
Choose an article topic and then find related keywords with the least amount of competition. I target keywords with less than 20,000 competitors listed in Google.
You an use a keyword research tool, or you can do it for free by going to Google and doing an exact search on your chosen keyword (put the keyword in double quotes).
Step 2: Plan your article
To make this process easier, I use the article writing template below:
Introduction - Tell your reader what you are going to write about.
Point 1 - List the first point you want to cover
Point 2 - List the first point you want to cover
Point 3 - List the first point you want to cover
Ending Paragraph - Tell your reader what they have learnt from reading your article.
Write a sentence next to the introduction, article points and ending paragraph.
Step 3: Write your article (Fire your editor)
Take your article outline and write one paragraph for each point. Do not stop to correct spelling or grammar, just get all of your ideas down without interrupting your creative flow.
You will clean up your article in the next step.
Step 4: Edit your article.
Start your editing process by correcting your spelling and grammar.
Read your article out aloud to see how your article flows. Re-write or move paragraphs to make your article flow better.
Step 5: Write an article title
Think of your article title as a headline (without the hype). Its role is to get your readers attention so that they will read the article summary.
Step 6: Write an article summary
Tell your reader what your article is about and what benefits they will get from reading your article. Keep this to one paragraph.
Step 7: Make a relevant offer to your reader
Your resource box is your opportunity to tell your readers how you can help them.
Make sure your offer is related to the article, because if a person is interested in your article, it is highly likely they are interested in getting more information on the subject.
Step 8: Optimise For Article Marketing Success
Now optimise the article by following the points below:
- Include the keyword in your article title.
- Include the keyword in the article summary.
- Make sure you have a keyword density of 1% and is mentioned once in each paragraph of your article.
- Include the keyword in the article resource box and make sure one hyperlink uses the keyword.
Step 9: Publish your article
Now, that you have written your article, it is time to publish it. Most people choose to publish their articles on their blog or in article directories.
To achieve the best article marketing success, I prefer to only publish my articles in the top article directories because they bring me the most traffic.
