Astral Projection: a Spiritual Enlightening Adventure in Another Dimension

The concept of astral projection has been with us for so many years and there are lots of practitioners out there who are experiencing the reality of astral travel. The ability to leave your body particularly at night when your physical body rests is a form of out of body experience (OBE) commonly termed astral travel. When you practice this inherent power, your other body called the astral body leaves the physical body to travel into a different dimension called the "Astral plane."
