Atlantic Diving Supply, a leader in tactical and operational equipment and logistics solutions, collaborated with Rapid Equipping Force to develop EOF Kits. Atlantic Diving Supply (ADS) offers warehousing and support to put elements for these kits together and to get them to the location in as little time as possible.

Items in EOF Kits are approved for acquisition through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)-supported Special Operational Equipment TLS Contract. The TLS Program, formerly known as Prime Vendor, was created by the Construction and Equipment Directorate of the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP). The TLS Program provides its vendors with high-quality products at reasonable prices, which are determined by DSCP. Atlantic Diving Supply is the only vendor who has held a TLS Contract since the program's creation.

Atlantic Diving Supply has its own logistics solutions, which include warehousing and kitting and assembly. EOF Kits, one type of package, are put together through ADS' efficient procedures. With accurate kitting and assembly, ADS puts together 30,000 packages per month, many with 20 or more components and with 99-percent accuracy.

The Traffic Control Point (TCP) Kit is one of the EOF Kits assembled by Atlantic Diving Supply. Military police are needed to control traffic flow, assist with orderly movement, and prevent delays. A Traffic Control Kit has components for addressing all of these issues. A TCP Kit includes a voice translation device, a traffic cones kit with power flares, LED traffic cones, spike strips, a Pelican hard case for transport, a carrying bag, and a remote area lighting system. The voice translation device, in particular, is needed for traffic control points overseas. Such operational equipment offers an eyes- and hands-free system that will translate a command into one of 125 languages in a high-noise environment.

Convoy Kits, another EOF Kit put together by Atlantic Diving Supply, has operational and tactical equipment for exposed soldiers in vehicles. Containing weapon-mounted lights and lasers, the Convoy Kit consists of a crew-served weapon green laser kit, a speaker and siren combination device, a spotlight, scout light, individual weapon green laser kit, a heavy gun weapon light, a Pelican Cube case, a carrying bag, and a foam case.
