Picking up women while missing out on that much communication would be almost impossible for any guy. A mute person could have an easier time getting ladies if he had attractive body language. Getting better in this area can land you with far more dates.

What's the first step to this? The first thing you need to do is get rid of any insecure things you may be doing with your body. You might not even be aware of it. Say, for example, do you ever pay attention to your shoulders? How you hold your shoulders can tell a lot about you. If you want to impress people, keep your shoulders back. Don't let them slump forward. Keep your back straight, your shoulders back, and your chin slightly up. After that, you won't seem so sad all the time. But wait, there's more.

Now that you don't look insecure, it's time to start looking secure. You need to hold yourself like no one in the room is more attractive than you, even if you don't believe it. You've seen guys do it before. Guys who don't let people get in their way. They can cross a crowded room and no one will be in their way. They don't go around people, because the people move out of their way. Everything you need to change to attain this is in your mindset. Belive that you're incredibly good looking. Deep down you know it's true. Believe it, then start acting like it.

The final step actually has to do with interacting with the girl you're trying to date. Let her know how comfortable you are being close to her. Stand just within her personal space. Don't scare her, but stand close to her. Put your hand on an object of hers. This is just a step towards the next step: which is to touch her. Playfully. Put your hand on hers, or on her back or elbow. This lets her know that you're comfortable with her body.

Now get out there and start practising! Actually trying this stuff will help you way more than reading about it. You're probably better at this stuff than you think you are.
