In addition to boasting tourism in New Zealand the event will also be offering many financial and economic benefits to the country

It has been estimated that more than 60,000 international visitors taken cheap flights to Auckland will be becoming the source of $315 million of direct economic benefits to the country as well as Auckland. The event will be spread over six weeks, starting from 10th September and ending on 22nd October. The semi finals and final will be held at Eden Park in Auckland. Twenty countries will be participating in the tournament playing s48 games.
