Tomatoes 2 and chopped

Ripe avocado 1 peeled and chopped

Oregano 1 tablespoon freshly chopped

Olive oil 1 tablespoon

White or red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon

Feta cheese 4 ounces crumbled

Method to Prepare the Avocado Feta Salsa

Take a large bowl and mix in the ingredients like chopped tomatoes, onion, avocados, and minced garlic. Mix them properly and carefully. Next, stir in fresh parsley and oregano for that ultimate zing. Pour in olive oil and vinegar and mix all of these ingredients slowly. Finally, add feta cheese to it. Then cover it and chill for about 2- 6 hours before serving.
