There isn't just one way out of foreclosure. So don't think that somewhere out their someone has a magic solution you

can purchase.

Don't ever buy from companies that pitch this to you, usually their solution is very expensive and has little

chance of working.

Communicate with your bank and explore all the options possible till they are exhausted. This will usually be enough

to save your from loosing your home.
