The propertys Humidor Churrascaria restaurant has a banquet-style buffet of decadently seasoned, grilled and skewered meats, salads, vegetables and Brazilian specialties.

Graycliffs award-winning wine cellar boasts 250,000 bottles from over 400 vintners in 15 countries and guests can enjoy wine and cheese tastings during their stay at the luxury Bahamas hotel.

Food-lovers will also have the chance to improve their cooking skills while on holidays at the Bahamas mansion at the Graycliff Culinary Academy. Executive Chef Elijah Bowe and his team will demonstrate how to make signature dishes including Lobster in a Puff Pastry, Bahamian Conch Chowder, and Crispy Duck with Bahamian Citrus Sauce.

The Graycliff Hotel beat off stiff competition from other Bahamas hotels with the help of 200,000 votes in the annual World Travel Awards 2011 poll.
