Al12 Bed and breakfast - near Milan Fair.
It is easily attainable by car in just 15 minutes (10 kilometres) or with public transport; and only 3 stops down the Fieramilano from Parabiago.
It is located in Villastanza of Parabiago, the railway of Parabiago which connects you to the center of Milan in 15 minutes and to Malpensa Airport in 30 minutes.
In Parbiago there is some resturants, pizzeria but also a minimarket, someone in a walking distance.
Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles in an internal parking adjacent to the rooms in a private courtyard. The b&b was restructured at the start of 2011, so you can find all comfort of a new rooms. All roms, infact, have Tv, internet Wifi connection, ensuite bedrooms.
Two of three rooms have a private kitchen.
You can have a breakfast in a self-contained kitchen. Your breakfast have the best product of italian breakfast: Lavazza's coffe, only Italian milk (often "Sterilgarda"), yougurt Trentinalatte, croissants or brioches Balconi,Bauli, Doria, Motta, Paluani etc.

The first room is an indipendent room on the ground floor, approximately 30 mq large, with every conforts you need (kitchen, sofa, bed, Tv, internet connection, table and chairs, writing-desk). The bathroom has wash-basin, wc, bidet and shower.
The other room is one single and onother one double.
The single room is called "soppalco" room, the other double room is a "Milano" room. You can found
Al12 is situated a relaxed city at the gates of Milan in a green residential area. Well connected to the centre of the metropolis and the two exhibition areas of the Milan Fair.
By motorway there are two very near exits: Arluno on theA4VE-MImotorway and Legnano or directly by Fiera MIlano on theA8 MI-VA.
Is near a SS 33 of Sempione. The national highway that arrived directly at FieraMilano Rho.
Parabiago is called "The shoes town". You can shopping: a lot of outlets and shopping malls are easily reachable, where you can find the best brand of our tradion (Fratelli Rossetti, Crespi Bonsai, Luciano Padovan, Thierry Rabotin, Levi's, Rede, Zucchi-Bassetti, etc.)
