"High streets" are good places to start your own business not only because of its vicinity

. It also represents an aura fit for shopping, eating and having a good time.

If you're not that familiar of what high streets are, they are somewhat similar to business chains. Where everything you need is in one place. It's also compared to malls although the architectural design is very different. It has more of like a "neighborhood" feel because it's literally in one street. Obviously, it's where its name came from.

However these high street shops, since they're smaller than a mall, are more limited than the bigger retail chains such as Woolworths and Tesco. And the problem the management usually encounters is the redundant shops. Meaning stalls that don't generate enough income to pay their rent which brings them to a lose-lose situation.

When those boutiques or shops don't earn, it will be a financial fall down for the retail chain's management. It has been an ongoing problem for every business on how to keep people to come back to them.

People have unlimited wants and every now and then they are searching for something new. That's why businessmen and investors are doing a constant study on how to please them like for example, most people like to do is to watch movies. What they'd do is they would try to develop a scheme on how to attract people to watch those movies in their cinemas.

To give an insight on how those high street shops might earn more, my idea is to use some of the closed shops as cinemas except with a twist. These would include high class restaurants, fashion boutiques or general merchandise related to the films that are showing at the moment. For example, a film on Asia could be supported by a local trader supplying an exhibition of Asian fashion. A film set in a Victorian era complimented by antiques or books.
