Radio is one of the most profitable and powerful business in the industry throughout the globe. The study of the business performance of FM radio stations in Davao City was initiating in the hope of comparing and describing FM stations' business performance in terms of, sales, revenues, and ratings and determining other factors like promotions and advertisements that boost up the business. A comparative descriptive method was used in this study utilizing validated grand tour questions as the research instrument in data gathering. Eight (8) FM station managers in commercial FM radio stations in Davao City were chosen as the rspondents and their answers were collated and analyzed. This study shows that in the analysis of Business performance of FM radio stations in Davao City, each of the stations differ in terms of sales, revenues, and ratings as well as in station's strategic approach in advertisements and promotions that can boost business performance. The researchers found out that that advertisements are the main source in getting sales and revenues, and advertisements could be achieve through ratings, low rate package and bonuses, and other factors that contribute in boosting sale, revenues, ratings, advertisement, and promotions are good business relationship, brand recall, programming and manpower.
