While the grilling has become more complex in some ways than it used to be, it is still one of America's favorite things to do on the weekends, and what better way to celebrate a day off with family and friends than with some great food. Having a variety of sauces to use will only keep people coming back for more, as your barbecue sauce becomes the talk of the town. Don't become a one trick pony when it comes to your cookouts, and begin to put together a collection of "go to" sauces when the time is right. Just as you wouldn't have just one type of liquor in your liquor cabinet, or one kind of snack food or chips at your party, you want to have that variety that lets people know you are creative, diverse, and always relevant. Let the sauce do the work for you, and the food will speak for itself.
