The climate in Barcelona is Mediterranean, which means anytime is a good time to go, but be aware that the summers tend to be very humid, so you may want to avoid going in the middle of summer. Therefore, traveling from September to November is going to get you the best rates as far as airfare because it is considered the off-season, but the weather is very nice during this time.
