Get leads for companies by joining cost per action programs. Commission Junction is a good source for this.

You can get paid by the sale on both physical products and digital information. ClickBank and Amazon are to good affiliate programs to start with.

3. No website needed. This is one of the big attractions of affiliate marketing.

As an affiliate the merchant will give you your own website to promote. This is coded with your ID number so when your website visitor completes the required action you make money.

4. Build your own website. As you become more experienced you can build websites to promote different affiliate products on.

Today a real hot buzzword is micro niche marketing. Finding affiliate products to promote that are a little under the radar is a smart way to make money as an affiliate.

5. Outsource. Pay people $5 to do things for you and your business will grow faster.

Fiverr.com is a good place to get a website built. Actually you can find people who will do things for $5 on just about anything you need done.

6. Email list. The best long-term strategy for making money in affiliate marketing is to build a list and promote affiliate offers to it.

This does take some skill and time to accomplish. However, the long term benefits make it worth the effort.

Affiliate marketing is a very easy way to make money. When you first start out you can keep it simple and make some money fairly quickly. Eventually you can develop a full-time income or even become rich as an affiliate marketer if that's your goal!
