Be A Healthy Mom By Controlling Diet Plan
Being pregnant is one of the most top of the world feelings for a woman
. When a woman is pregnant, she is not only growing a child in her womb in the nine months but living a life of two people, one herself and one for her child. According to UNICEF, the limit of maternal mortality is about more than 300 women due to malnutrition in India. Assam is topping the list, and the list is followed by Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh too.
Thats why it is always suggested by every doctor to have a well balanced diet plan during pregnancy.
Doctors always says that intake of Vitamin A in a huge amount should be controlled because it damages the embryo. So avoid sweet potatoes, paprika, chili powder, carrots, dark leafy green vegetables, dried herbs, dried apricot, Butter nut squash, etc.
Try to take all long green vegetables like, pointed gourd, ridge gourd, spinach, bottle gourd, etc.
Reduce taking brinjal, papaya, onion, celery, mustard, pepper, asafetida, carom seeds, jiggery, etc. These vegetables help you proceed to destroy the embryo.
Those women who are having issues like constipation, acidity and bloating should avoid taking peas, potatoes and other high digestive products which take a long time to digest.
Black and green grapes, banana, ripe mangoes, dates and cashew nuts are very beneficial for a pregnant woman.
Butter, honey, skimmed milk, fennel seeds and sweets made from jiggery should be taken in a limited quantity.
Any kind of bakery products, milk products, steamed rice cake, pizza, tomato, and tamarind can be taken as a part of diet plan if there have no issues of acidity.
Do not go for any kind of fast food during pregnancy. Take your meals after every 3 hours. Otherwise, your baby wont get heavy nutrition and will be born with malnutrition.
Do not eat left over, frozen or heavy frozen food.
Try to avoid smoking, alcohol, cold drinks, tobacco, and betel nuts. But you can take ice cream, mutton, chicken, eggs and fishes in a limited quantity.
If you are feeling hungry then take food, dont wait at all, because remember that your baby is totally dependent on your food.
Consult your doctor before start eating anything. Doctors proper diet plan is absolutely necessary. He/ she are more experienced and have knowledge about your body needs.
Try to consume folic acids in a good amount. Folic acid is present in egg yolk, cabbage, broccoli, asparagus, beetroot, brussle sprouts, lentils, soya products, etc.
As calcium you can add milk shakes, yoghurts, chocolate flavored beverage mix, chocolate, skimmed milk, raisins bran, turnip and drained solid food in your plan.
Go through this diet plan and plan your diet according to this. Always remember that you are bearing another life in you so eat healthy and live a wonderful life with your healthy child.
