When you have personal experience with the product you are selling, you can communicate pertinent information passionately and persuasively. You become the expert. You appear to be the leader that others can trust and follow. People want to buy from those are knowledgeable. People want to join the team of those who are experienced.

3. Personal Impact

Lastly, when evaluating a product before joining a network marketing company, you want to look at the personal impact this product is going to have on your life. Will owning and using it going to be a positive addition to your life? If so, how so? Is it something that you can get long term value with? Is it something that you would choose to use if you were not getting paid to sell it?

The bottom line is that a network marketing company can have the best compensation plan known to man and phenomenal training for you to jump start your business. But if the product that you plan to build your business around and build financial freedom with does not offer value to you, how long do you truly expect your business to stay in operation? Get with a company that you can get behind their product for the long haul. Your personal satisfaction and bank account will thank you for it.
