Like many people, during the Christmas and New Year period I find myself in a reflective mood. Ive been thinking back over 2010 and taking stock of where I am in terms of my life plan and goals.

How was 2010 for you? Was it exciting, challenging and successful? Was it your best year yet? Or were you stressed out and going nowhere fast?

Every year people optimistically make New Years Resolutions which are often given up on by the end of January. Some people write the same list of resolutions each year but never achieve any of them! I always do the best I can to set myself goals and follow through with achieving them but it isn't always easy to do as the universe can often throw you an unexpected curve ball that could slow you down or prevent you from making progress.

Do you look back over the last 12 months and feel you could have achieved more, been more successful or found more balance in your life? What do want more of in 2011? What do you want less of?
