8. Do strength training for your body. Do cardiovascular training for your heart.
9. Getting into sports not just only keeps you healthy, it also keeps you competitive, alert and confident.
10. Educate yourself on the right foods and the right workouts. Only you can change your body. Learn all you can about your body. Don't just look at diets and workout programs, learn how they work by understanding their effect on your body.
