Beastly Movie Featured Crazy Twists & More

CBS Studios circulated their brand-new drama/romance movie labeled "Beastly" into movie theaters a couple weeks ago. I recently chcked it out,and believed it was rather good for a love movie. It wasn't too corny,and it also featured a tiny light-hearted comedy with some witchy,sci-fi things combined in.The film stars: Vanessa Hudgens, Alex Pettyfer, Mary-Kate Olsen, Neil Patrick Harris,and Peter Krause.

The movie focused largely around a guy named Kyle who's an a popular,good-looking,athletic kind man in high school. The one situation with him,is that he realized it,and he made sure absolutely everyone else realized it as well. He also bashed any one who he thought was not good-looking and well-known like him. Having said that,even then, he managed to get along with Lindy pretty well.

Regrettably for Kyle, he elected to pick on the incorrect individual,a witch in fact,named Kendra. She ends up casting a spell on him that turns him unsightly,so he can see what it feels like to be made fun of,and perhaps learn a lesson from it. However, if he can't find somebody to inform him they love him in a year's time, he would have to stay that way forever.

From that point,Kyle drops out of school,and goes into hiding in one of his wealthy father's homes,and hangs out with a guy named Will. It is there that he starts to realize and appreciate people for who they are in the inside. At some point, Lindy comes to stay at Kyle's property after something bad goes down with her father. Following that, he gets to understand her better,and she's not troubled by his looks.

They eventually develop an unique relationship,and get closer. Yet,towards the finish,Kyle almost messes things up due to his insecurities,but things worked out to provide an extremely romantic ending.

I thought the motion picture was an incredible modern-day take on the classic "Beauty and The Beast" story,and it was rather entertaining. Vanessa Hudgens did a fantastic job,and Mary-Kate Olsen really took hold of that witch character,making it fairly authentic. I gave the film a B.
