This beauty review isn't about a certain product, its about a person with a big heart, an abundance of skill, and her mission.

What can I say about Crystal Tran?

Other than the fact that she's genuine, good natured, and a sweetheart, only two words come to mind: talented and professional.

There are many people in the field of cosmetology that are ambitious and hard working to get into the industry of entertainment, but there are only two categories of people who do the amount of work that she's done in only 6 months, and those people are either lucky or gifted.

Now let's break it down. These people who are so fortunate to be riding the glass elevator to the top become big-headed and soon forget what its like to work hard because everything came so easy... however, Crystal is not one of these people. In fact, she's one of the few make up artists that I've encountered that truly values every minute with her client and doesn't have her nose up in the air with her ego bursting out from every orifice of her body.

I've had my make up done a LOT of times for special occasions so the warm feeling that I got from Crystal was very unusual. She's not all business; she talks to you and wants to know about your day and most importantly, she caters to you. If you have a crazy idea and ask her to do something that she's never done before, don't even start to panic. I guarantee you that she'll practice and practice until she can do it with her eyes closed AND she'll have a trial session with you to make sure that you're happy with her services. Not only does she do make up for weddings, but she does professional photoshoots for magazines and music videos, AND she's a beauty blogger for Fashion News Live. Although it seems that she has a lot on her plate, she feels as though she has a clear purpose in life.

With all this being said, the most important quality about this young professional is that she loves to make people feel good about themselves. There are so many women in the world that suffer from low self esteem because they truly don't think that they're beautiful and that they're worthless, but Crystal Tran is a woman on a mission to prove that there is no such thing as an ugly person.

She is truly a diamond in the rough.
