NorthwoodUK.com was founded in August 1995, on the south coast of the UK. The small office in Portsmouth first introduced the Guaranteed Rent service. The complimentary lettings service was introduced in 1997 to run alongside the guaranteed rent offering services. This proved to be hugely favoured by the Landlords.

There are over 75 Northwood offices nationwide employing over 350 people, who are experienced and of a high calibre professionals within the property market. Jointly with the power of the national organisation that provides a high quality marketing services which are tried and tested systems that include Estate Agency, Financial Services and highly professional calibre accredited training you get a potent mix for our customers can benefit from.

All members of our staff are subject to rigorous training in all the important sectors of the Estate Agent niche, including Legislation, industry practice, customer services and obtaining skills for matching clients to the product or service which would benefit the customer most.

An so we are confident with our training programme that involves offsite training in our training suite in Fareham, as well as one to one support. We have a policy of continuous development with staff regularly attending workshops and seminars to keep their knowledge up to date.
