So when you set up your goals dont be in a rush. Take the time and sit down. Look at your situation, including your skills, your strong points, your weaknesses, your ability to learn new things, and your determination. Make your goals realistic.
Make the goals around your strong points. If you are a visual learner, draw out on paper your goals. Maybe use circles with your goals in them. Using your strong points will increase your success.
