Bed Canopy Netting Offers Luxury At An Affordable Price

Bed canopy netting can be used for such things as creating a playful retreat for

your child's bedroom to adding some mystique to a master bedroom, or, your own bedroom. Some people also use the net on a porch doubling as a mosquito net. You will find netting available in a variety of designs such as ribbons, flowers, or just a simple net.

When you decide to shop for your bed canopy net you might select a store that specializes in bedding although netting can be purchased at a number of large variety stores. You can select a full canopy or you might choose a smaller size to use as an accent. Canopies are available in a variety of shapes and sizes as well as materials. The more expensive netting is made from cotton. Less expensive canopies are constructed from what is called a mosquito netting.

Canopy netting is easy to install. This allows for the net to hang on a regular basis or to be removed whenever it is needed to be taken down. Generally the net offers a tropical look to any bedroom. Canopies are available in a variety of colors. Aside from the bedroom some people choose to hang them in the dining nook, around hot tubs, and even around a love seat. If you do not have the set up required for a canopy on your bed you can be very creative and use curtain rods. You attach these to the ceiling by placing one over each end of the bed. Next, you simply apply the fabric or the net and let it hang from the rods. If you would rather not use curtain rods you might decide to use some rings. Apply the ring on the ceiling on either side of the bed. You can then put your netting through both rings. You can swag the area, between the two rings, at the ceiling. This will offer you an elegant frame for your bed.

Another idea is to apply four rings putting one at each corner of your bed. You then take your net and bring it through each ring. It is important to allow one end of the panel, at each ring, to hang to the floor. This is another elegant look with the netting hanging above and down the sides of your bed.
