Being a math tutor is a lot of responsibility. That's why a good math tutor provides an individual experience to each kid even when teaching in a group. That's where the computer or e-learning represents a tremendous advantage for the math tutor : he can assign specific exercises to each kid. That way, he can be sure that the student will do exercises related to his difficulty and skill. It's really important to provide a individualize experience to every student, because he's to most important variable. We are responsible for his success.
