Being a Camp Counselor - One of the Most Rewarding Jobs You May Ever Have

If you hear the many stories of college graduates or read the findings from recent employment research, many say that serving as a camp counselor is the most rewarding job they have ever had. Being a camp counselor may not be the easiest way to spend your summer and it may not be the highest paying position, but many times the most challenging tasks are also the most rewarding ones.

And everyone knows the most influential years in a person's life are the early years of childhood and adolescence. Our dreams, beliefs, self image and values are formed early in life, so camp counselors can have a powerful impact that lasts a life time because they work with young people during these formative years.
