It has anti-inflammatory properties. Oleic and linoleic acids are both essential fatty acids. Oleic is an unsaturated, omega 9, fatty acid and linoleic is an, omega 6, fatty acid. These two essential fatty acids are necessary for good health. They are essential for body, biological, functions. The body cannot produce them, itself. They must be found elsewhere.
