Girls are ,now a day , are working like boys in different offices, factories, Airways, Ships, Colleges, University, marketing field, Accounts, as entrepreneur & much more that I can remember or imagine. This is very good symbol of equality among boys & girls. In older days, girls are not preferred to study as well as work. They are assigned the duty of homemaker after marriage. They take care of Home & their children. Joint Family proposition is working good at that time. Needs as well as desires were limited. Husbands & wives had different responsibilities. Husbands earn money for family & their better half utilizes that money for different household purposes.Scenario is changed now. Where girls excel in study, they are also doing excellence in their official duties. India has even woman Prime Minister! Now women are becoming power like that of their counterpart. They earn equal amount and even more amount in some cases than their better halves. Our respected Kiran Bedi, First lady IPS officer, said that

"Doing work in Kitchen is wastage of time".

Girls work in different shifts, in late night without hesitation. They are now more careers

conscious. The mission and aim of life are changed now. Where first preference was to have integrated, joint & happy family, now preference has gone to career & money. The age of marriage for girls has increased from 18 year to 26 year+. The delight of marriage

has forgone now. Now there is only adjustment between these twos. Normally husband & wife are working in different office at far distance from each other. They meet occasionally at weekend. But they still cannot share much with each other because of work pressures. The companies/ MNCs are giving good cash to employees but they expect 24 hour, round a clock, duty from them. This is one of the major reasons that Divorce rate is very high these days.

What is the solution now?

I think if girl opts for teaching career, then problem can be solved up to large extent. Teaching job requires less labor, less time & it also offers respectable status in society. Money is also no problem with type of job. Teachers can earn much more than taking tuitions etc. Girl can devote much time to care her home duties.
