These are free in the game section of your computer. These games keep your brain pumping. The more you use your brain, hopefully, you will not lose it. Another game on the computer that really takes brain power is the puzzle express. This is timed and it comes at you fast and if you want to make points and go on to the next level you have to be fast. I have never liked to play board games until recently. I played Rummikub with tiles. I sat down at this game and I thought it would be a no brainer. Was I surprised. If you want to win there are lots of twists into how the tiles are played. The idea of the game is to go out fast. I really had to rev up my brain in order to play this game. I even won a game. Beginners luck. Under the solitaire games Spider solitaire is by far the hardest. I have only won a few of this game over the past couple of years. But I went home and applied the Rummikub technique to playing this game and I won 4 times in one day. Brain power. I do not know about you but losing my mind and not being able to take care of myself scares me to death. I really believe playing board games, working cross word puzzles, computer games, card games, reading and talking with people will help keep your brain healthy.
