Here is what I do; I go around to yard sales and estate sales and buy thing in bulk on Ebay and list those. But I don't just list things on Craigslist, I have a method that has been tested to make more sales. People like to see an actual sale page, it makes you seem more trustworthy. So here is what I do, I take a picture of my item and then paste it in paint. Then I place some words around the picture to give it a better design and then place that picture on craigslist. The toughest part about listing things like this is you have to spend the time making the layout, so you want to make sure you are getting enough from the item to make it worth your time.
One thing I recommend doing at all times is have at least 5 things listed on Craigslist each day, once you reach that number you will at least make 1 sale per day if you are priced right and have a good item. For instance I started out at just 5 items per day but then I was selling out so I upped the number to 10 and I was still selling out.
