To support these site Spanish Hot Properties have property sales people who speak, Finish, Norwegian, Russian, Swedish, French, Dutch and German. Whilst the majority of these international buyers do speak English Spanish Hot Properties felt it was important to reach out to these Spanish property buyers in their own language and they are hopeful this expansion plan will have great benefit for both the property buyers and the company itself. Other future plans include putting the site into Chinese and opening a satellite office in Hong Kong with Chinese speaking property sales people.
