The first of these features is the avatar. It is important to note that we are not talking about the movie Avatar, but rather a picture that identifies who you are to other Blackberry users. It really helps with organization for those that have lots of BBM contacts. Through the conference feature, one can actually do things like send out mass messages and open a chat room. This has many excellent options for both business and personal use, and will surely be one of the most popular features of BBM 5.0.
