Blackberry Mobile Phones Moving Forward Nicely!

Blackberry Mobile Phones are here to stay and for good

This despite falling sales, a degree of disenchantment on the part of the valued customers who till yesterday will not be seen dead with anything but a Blackberry smartphone, and the sudden arrival of the Apple iPhone 4S to add to the already vicious market place that was literally flooded with so many Android options from HTC., Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola and LG, etc and also a few equally powerful Microsoft Windows Phone 7 based smartphones from these very players.

What did RIM (Research in Motion) do to make this sort of a minor turn around happen. To begin with, the premier technology company concentrated on the simple things that matter a lot in the mobile phone world. Listen, observe and cater exactly what the average user of a smartphone on the road wants and deliver the same in as nice and complete a manner as possible as is realistically possible within a short span of time. As currently more than anything else, it is the time factor that is increasingly becoming the sole criterion for the success or failure of any mobile phone maker.

It seems to have finally dawned on the who is who of the Canada-based mobile phone giant that it has somehow diversify and expand its market share to include others besides the blue collared and high flying company executives. The company realised that it simply cannot hope to survive in this utterly complex and cut throat situation by merely going through the motions and keep on bringing one Blackberry Bold, Torch, Curve, Curve or any other smartphone for that matter that are more or less the replicas of any other blackberry phones device. Or even worse, copies of any of the several thousands of smartphones from other players.

The Blackberry Torch 9800, for instance, came out with both the conventional full QWERTY key board as well as a nice and highly touch sensitive screen. This was the first time RIM had attempted to bridge the gap that lay between the business phones that it was churning out and the burgeoning Android-based phone gadgets. Later, a few other Blackberry smartphones also came out that had this twin attraction going for them.

It also became more adventurous on the other three ftons that matter "" colour editions, camera and the media player. The mobile internet and multi-tasking as always been its strength and has thankfully continued to be so.

The Blackberry Bold 9900, for instance, is fitted with a five mega pixel snapper with all ther relevant works "" flash, digital zoom, auto focus etc. A more enhanced media player is also something that you can expect in practically all new Blackberry smartphones.

The next generation Blackberry OS version 7.0 is also available with this particular Bold smartphone and is available for updation to the other phone devices as well.
