Bleeding Hemorrhoids Treatment - I Wish I Had Known This Before...
Piles comes in many forms, and symptoms are often 'either/or' and not so much 'also'
. This means that while one person is merely sore, another is suffering bloodloss. It's important to know that even minor symptoms, such as a little soreness, should be followed up instantly to prevent the condition from worsening. However, many sufferers will wait until they are displaying a serious symptom such as bloodloss and at that point take action. This piece will explore the symptom of bleeding hemroids. (This is a popular spelling but it should really be spelt 'Bleeding Hemorrhoids').
"bloodloss through hemorrhoids is a serious case, but then again, bloodloss in any situation is a cause for action."
Bloodloss is initiated by internal and external hemorrhoids alike. But what really creates this frustrating condition?
See below, for the stages leading up to bleeding:
Symptoms of Piles/ Extra Information
1.Excess strain is placed on the varicose veins Whether through too much exercising, constipation, pregnancy or an unhealthy diet
2. Everything I have just listed grows and builds until your varicose veins cannot handle the strain. Now you have either internal and external hemorrhoids, and depending on how much strain was present, you'll have a mild or severe case of piles.
3.If further irritated, the blood vessels can swell to the point where they effectively 'burst' - resulting in blood loss
Most often, piles can be healed far before the point of bleeding. However, what can you do if you realise you have hemorrhoids after you begin bleeding?
If you are that person don't be too concerned. Early symptoms of hemorrhoids can easily be misconstued as other little problems. 9 times out of 10, you'll find that hemorrhoids 'lurk in the dark' before letting you know they are there - typically with a jolt of pain.
Also, if you're a person who was simply too intimidated by the prospect of having some 'big problem' I want to assure you that we've all been in that position. You're doing the right thing now by reading articles about the problem.
Natural Antidotes For Bleeding Piles
Choices For Cures/ Further Reading
Comfrey - Comfrey is a popular herb that heals injuries and regenerates new cell development.
Mango Seed (Dried) - Not only is this good for you but it tastes delicious with honey. 1/2 gram is the ideal amount to have at once.
Vinegar Dipped Cotton Ball - Pad the area to relieve sensations of burning and itching.
Aloe Vera - I've been using this for an absolute age, it's great for inflamed areas.
Witch Hazel - This is another choice you have when it comes to inflammation.
Figs - Over-night, soak dried figs in a bowl of water and eat them for your first meal in the morning. I like them with a bowl of shredded wheat personally.
Herbal Sitz Baths - If you was to try any ONE remedy for hemorrhoids I would recommend you to try this one - and I daresay your doctor would too. Effective and well proven.
Kegel Exercises - While the muscles in your pelvic are strong over the term of a lifetime they do get knocked around a bit. Aside from fending off hemorrhoids, kegel exercises give you better control of your bladder very important as you get older because coughing and sneezing often leads to incontinence.
As a last little tip, make sure there is plenty of fiber in your diet.
Inorganic Solutions/ Further Information
Surgery
There are many ways to heal piles, surgery is the last of many options, and should only be chosen upon recommendation from your doctor. The purpose of this article is to introduce you to what options you have, and therefore it's beyond the reach of this piece.
Creams/ Ointments
Creams and ointments are a very common choice for people suffering with bleeding piles. I'll say here as well, the topic of creams and ointments is huge but a simple search on Google with link you too an article specifically about creams and ointments.
Why Am I Losing blood?
Chronic Constipation
Constipation is a large factor for people suffering hemorrhoids. Over time the results can be compared to pregnancy, which I outline in just a minute. It all comes down to strain.
Childbirth -
So like I shared with you, strain is the culprit of piles, There is always a lot of physical strain in child birth. However, Women have evolved to be able to cope with this kind of stress. But only up to a certain point.
Pregnancy is a prime example of when we are put under a natural examination of our true stamina. Often times, we simply don't have the strength to stay in control.
Not Enough Exercise -
It would not suprise me at all if this was one of the chief causes of piles. And I'm not talking about forgetting your bank holiday bike ride down the track. I would argue that unless you make daily exercise a part of your daily routine, it's benefits will be squandered on you. Enjoy it! Some people find that they get lots of exercise within the work they do, and others have to find hobbies and a gym subscription. Whatever it is, it's so important physical exercise becomes a lifestyle for you, not just a one-off flinch.
Poor Circulation
This is definitely an issue you want to resolve both because there are medicines that can resolve it quite easily, and there are many negatives to poor circulation. Your reactions to stimuli slow down, you suffer with pains in the extremities of your body and gradually your muscles waste away - not good.
Inevitably, poor circulation also finds it's way to hemorrhoids. If you think this is an issue you have I suggest you see your doctor.
Other Tips:
* Have a lot more water throughout your day
* Loose clothes are highly recommended
* Refrain from being seated for long periods of time; especially on the toilet. Being stationary in the bathroom for too long means that your rectal veins begin to struggle for circulation. Make it easy for them and make the toilet as quick an affair as you can.
Disorders That Cause Rectal Bleeding:
Potential Issues/ Info
Varicose veins - Hemorrhoids can stem from swollen varicose veins for the reasons already outlined in this piece.
Inflammatory Bowel Disease -
-- Diverticulitis, the formation of intestinal pouches or pockets.
-- Colitis, colitus is redness of the large intestine. In severe case ulcers can form, resulting in sharp pain.
Celiac Disease -
Celiac disease is a digestive disease that damages the small intestine and corrupts nutrient intake from food.
Fistulas -
A fistula is an abnormal relationship between two cell-walled vessels or organs that don't normally have a connection. The best solution to these is to change your eating habits but see your doctor first is there are any problems.
Fissures -
A fissure is a tear within the first layer of the intestinal wall. (intestinal mucosa).
Polyps -
Irregular lumps on your body could be polyps. They are growths of tissue that can, in some cases, become cancerous.
Prolapses -
External hemorrhoids and prolapses are one and the same. This is when the varicose vein has been put under so much stress that it loses its elasticity and hangs outside of the anus.
I won't be looking more into these but if they concern you, a quick search on Google will find a wealth of information.
Varicose veins and prolapses, however, are the ones to focus on for piles.
As I always say, the very best initial choice you can make regarding your health is to go and see your doctor.
