It has been said that the average American will change jobs at least five times in their lifetime

There was a time when a person worked for one company for their entire lives and would only change jobs if they got fired or were recruited to another better opportunity, and then they would work until they were given a golden watch and a nice pension. Because of the change of the flow of employment in America, more insurance companies are liberalizing their policies in anticipation of health care reform, and while your benefits may not be as good as they might have been in the past, at least something is being done to improve and regulate the industry.
