The X1 from the luxurious and world famous car manufacturing giant BMW is a 5 door

hatchback vehicle that has a lot to offer in terms of looks and also in terms of performance. The German car company's BMW X1 is the first compact SUV in the world and also the first compact Sports Activity Vehicle of Germany. It is the smallest crossover SUV offered by BMW.

The BMW X! is available in both the all wheel drive and the rear wheel drive versions. It has an excellent looking exterior which is amply supported with its exquisitely stylized interior. It offers new things while still maintaining the basic beauty and features of a BMW car.

The front headlights have the hugely attractive and popular "eye lids" and the BMW trademark "kidney grill" is also present to give it a look of new car that has retained the old charm. It has very sporty looks that add to its charm as a vehicle.

The BMW X1 boasts of a very elegant interior as well. The dashboard is very well fitted with the wood inserts and leather upholstery of light cream colour. The dashboard is fitted with knobs and buttons that are within easy reach of the driver. The centre console just like all other BMW vehicles is driver oriented.

There is also an optional glass sunroof that stretches from the front seats to the rear seats. Interior has a lot of space helps in offering the passengers a comfortable ride. The 420 litres luggage compartment is very spacious. It can also be increased to up to 1350 litres by folding the rear seats.

It has parking sensors on the front and also the rear to assist in parking the vehicle.

The BMW X1 has a gearbox that is automatic and can reach upto 100km/hr in 8.3 seconds even though it weighs 1600 kgs with the help of its 177 horsepower engine that can offer torque of upto 350 nm that is available between 1750 to 3000 rpm.
