Let's get started with what must be inside your refrigerator.


Always remember the most important rule in stocking food supply in your kitchen: the Fresher the better. Alternatively, food that is properly packed, and with a very reasonable expiration date range in the fresh food isles is the 2nd best option. Regardless of what day is your preference for making that grocery stock-up, make sure that you always prioritized freshness first.

The EGG

There are many opinions on the egg. There are studies that suggest that the whole egg and not just the white part is the best way in utilizing an egg. Eating the egg without the yolk is like eating no eggs at all. And always remember, good cholesterol is always being good for the body. And don't forget Vitamin E, Iodine and Omega 3 that are truly beneficial to our body.


The MILK

The presence of milk in your diet can play an important role. Not only that it provides good mix for oat meals, cereals and others that make it taste a lot better, but it's simply nutritious. Literally it has everything from water, carbohydrate, protein, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and a lot more. It's really a POWER drink on it's own!

However, there are several alternatives available, such as almond milk or soy milk if you do not like regular milk. These are also better in regards to alkalinity.

Fats are not that scary. Thank you to what they call healthy fats. Healthy Fats? YES! Especially olive oil and oils from nuts.

Of course, let's not forget the main foods that should always be present for a nutritious and hearty main courses meal to provide protein such as Fish, Chicken and Beef. Stick with leaner varieties if at all possible.

Lastly, Fruits and Vegetables, which has their own unique profiles that provides all the other nutritional need that your body would need to be in tip top shape.

We devour all sorts of food practically every day. Why not make the right choice and feed ourselves with foods that will keep us not only healthy but enhance our muscles to make us leaner and better, inside and outside.
