Hello all,

Body of F.I.R.E is a new program by trainer and author Chad Waterbury. First and foremost, let me say that Chad is a very credible source of knowledge. You may already know him from his outstanding books Muscle Revolution and Huge in a Hurry. There's no questioning his expertise when it comes to the topics of conditioning, fat loss and muscle building. In my honest opinion, Body of F.I.R.E is his finest work.

The intensity of this workout is great. Also, having the ability to perform it at home, outside or the gym is an added plus. There's no reason why anyone should ever miss a workout with this.

From my personal point of view, the workouts are extremely fun. I've tried so many programs that were, well, frankly, quite dull and boring. Body of F.I.R.E is full of excitement. There's little to no equipment required. Workout are short but extremely powerful. Workouts usually last 20-45 minutes and can be performed 3 to 5 times per week. Most importantly, I don't have to count calories. Counting calories is a pain in the butt for me. Never liked it.

I absolutely love this program. It's simple, easy and you get results. What more could you ask for? Body of F.I.R.E is a must have for anyone who would like to lose weight and keep it off.
