Kapoor cousins Ranbir and Kareena to share screenspace

Cousins Ranbir Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor are rarely seen together in the same frame, but they are likely to share the platform on the finale of singing reality show "Indian Idol 6".

The siblings are expected to be at the finale of the show to promote their upcoming movies, said a source. While Kareena will come to spread a word about Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Heroine', Ranbir will be part of the show to promote his film 'Barfi!'

It will also be a rare time when two films will be promoted on one platform! One guesses there's no sibling rivalry here.

Jokes apart, there's been a strong buzz that the two actors will be seen in their first on screen pairing in a Zoya Akhtar project. They will reportedly play brother and sister in a project, which is said to be an autobiographical tale on Zoya and her brother, actor-fillmaker Farhan Akhtar's life.

Big B joins Facebook

Amitabh Bachchan is one star who remains connected to his worldwide fans through the online medium -- his blog and Twitter, and even through his voice blog. And now he is also available on social networking site Facebook.

Within just an hour of the activation, the page received 784,417 likes. "Yipee! I am on FaceBook! My ID: FaceBook.com/AmitabhBachchan," the 69-year-old tweeted."And!! Its close to 8 lakhs in half an hour!! Keep it coming, Baby," he added.

Amitabh's fan-page became visible Tuesday morning when the megastar also published a video taken from his home Jalsa.

"Hello everybody! This is Amitabh Bachchan and I just want all of you to know that now I am on Facebook and this is a welcome device. The way the digital world is going is just unbelievable. And I thought that I would use facebook to connect with all my well- wishers yet again. You have been with me at Blog and Twitter and here is another medium that is now going to connect us even further.

Year after year, month after month, day after day we are coming closer to each other. Lovely to have you here and we shall be seeing each other and you will get to know more about me and my daily activities where I go, what I do though this wonderful medium. Sridevi 15 times beautiful, better actress now: RGV

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is so impressed with the trailer of upcoming Hindi movie'English Vinglish' that he is praising its lead actress Sridevi to the skies.

Gauri Shinde's directorial debut marks the comeback of Sridevi to the big screen after a break of 15 years.

"Watched 'English Vinglish' trailer. After 15 year hiatus, Sridevi is looking 15 times more beautiful and seems to have become 15 times better actress," tweeted Varma.

Sridevi was last seen in 'Judaai'. In 'English Vinglish', she plays a middle-class Indian woman who struggles with the English language in the US.
