Boston is connected to the latest in mobile Internet

, called 4G. It stands for Fourth Generation Internet, which is the next step in portable Internet first made popular with 3G on cell phones. Boston has the necessary network in place. If you live in Boston or its nearby neighborhoods, then you will be able to connect to this revolutionary mobile Internet access method.

With 4G Internet, you receive high-speed access while staying mobile. The great thing about 3G was the mobility it provided Internet users. You could access decent Internet wherever you were within the city without relying on wireless Internet networks in cafs, bookstores, libraries, or office buildings. A lot of North Shore is covered, which means you can get a 4G connection up much of the Massachusetts coast north of Boston. Back Bay is connected to 4G. Many professionals live and work near Back Bay Station, and therefore need the same high speed Internet connection that other Boston residents receive with 4G.
