Chinese motorcycles aren't particularly well known for their quality but this year, Zongshen have gone a pretty long way towards putting that sentiment out of our minds with the fantastic Artix Enduro. As reviewers, it's important for us to read up regularly and keep up to date with the trends in chinese motorcycles, scooters and enduro/off road bikes. As part of this process, we've come across quite a few examples of poor quality from chinese motorcycles but honestly, this is simply not the case with the brand new Artix Enduro from Zongshen.

As far as chinese motorcycles go, you won't find many in the UK that are built with real quality parts and this is why we rate the Artix Enduro so highly. The excellent shock absorbing forks are built by Showa and high performance sport disc brakes are from Galfer. This introduces a whole new playing field for chinese motorcycles because with this bike, Zongshen have managed to maintain their excellent low prices whilst bringing in real value add in terms of better quality parts.

They've also taken a leaf out of 'better design for dummies' because unlike some of their previous offerings, they've really spared no detail in terms of the quality of finish. A clinical and stylish anodising of the chain and the introduction of coloured Galfer disc brakes on both front and rear really add to this effect. If you look closely, you'll also be able to notice the new aerodynamic body, clearly built to improve efficiency and speed and in this, they really succeed.

Of course, we couldn't leave you hanging without the most obligatory of comments, that relating to the speed and performance. Without doubt, the Artix Enduro is more than a match for any other motorycle in its class and price range and without breaking too much sweat, you'll be able to hit 60mph with this with a healthy 11.7 BHP. It's no doubt an excellent performer.

We don't really give 'final verdict's' on this site, but if we could sum up our feelings in a short sentence, we'd be saying that this 125cc Enduro Motorcycle is an excellent buy at the fatastic ON THE ROAD price of ?1669.99 inc VAT. Money well spent.
