While not so much the case for smaller implants, those who go for larger cup sizes than are really meant for their frame often face skin problems. This is a common issue and understandable, given the degree of stretching involved. Still, using good moisturizers on a regular basis can help it. Oils and cocoa butter are also helpful when it comes to keeping the skin hydrated. More hydration means more elasticity, which is exactly what you need to avoid angry stretch marks and help your skin look the best it can.

Self Massage

Particularly in the beginning stages, it is important to gently massage your implants to help them settle into place. This will help you retain a soft look, help them "drop", and will avoid the higher profile "fake" look that many women don't care for. Of course, if that higher profile artificial look is exactly what you're going for, then this advice may not be the best for your situation. Naturally, much of how your implants actually look will be determined by the kind of breast augmentation you have in the first place and the techniques your surgeon used when putting them in.

Get Some Support

One of the benefits of getting breast augmentation, according to some women, is that you don't have to wear a bra any longer. While this is initially true, your implants are as susceptible to gravity as your natural chest was before getting the surgery. By giving your new chest the support it needs, you can stave off the effects of gravity and keep your implants high and proud for much longer.
