Breast that have been through Breast augmentation do not feel and look natural. This depends on the plastic surgeon and the client. When the procedure is done correctly with a certified, experience surgeon and you wouldn't know the difference. A plastic surgeons pride themselves on the enhancements they provide for their clients. They desire for their clients to have a natural look and feel. Some clients desire implants bigger then their natural body shape, even against the advice of their surgeon. Those clients could give an impression that breast implants look and feel unnatural. Saline implants sometimes feel more durable than natural breasts; however silicone is soft and has a tissue-like feel.

Yes there are many untruths about Breast augmentation, but if you want to know the truth contact a cosmetic surgeon and speak to someone who has had a successful operation. The best sources of truth are usually from individuals who have experienced the process towards enhancing their body to achieve the look they desire.
