THE FDA'S GOAL IS TO KEEP PEOPLE SICK AND ON DRUGS

It is difficult to solve the problem with supplements with all the misinformation out there, as the FDA only suggests 400 IU's daily, which is so small it does practically no good. Medical researchers today believe that 5000 IU's should be the Minimum dosage with 10000 IU's being the Preferred dosage.
