Practically any photograph or a paining can be used to print on canvas
. It just needs a photograph in the digital format to be able to print. A high resolution scan is also good enough. A high resolution photograph is taken for the old large painting and loaded on to a computer. It is then edited to rectify any defects or add any effects to the photograph.
